FFTerrain: Shipping Policy
Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only, to any address UPS delivers to. UPS can't deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses, so please use a street address. We don't offer international shipping at this time.
Processing time Every piece is 3D-printed to order and checked by hand. Each product page shows its processing time, usually 1–5 business days. For 11th Edition folding sets, Gray PLA+ ships in 2–4 business days and MultiColor takes 3–5 weeks. Adding a Storage Box or Footprint Set adds 1 business day each. Processing time doesn't include transit time.
Shipping methods and cost
- Free standard shipping on US orders of $40 or more (after discounts, before tax), excluding Alaska and Hawaii, which pay calculated shipping.
- Orders under $40: shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order.
- We ship with UPS. Typical transit is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited UPS shipping (such as 2nd Day Air) is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping.
Tracking You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Lost, late, or damaged in transit
- Once a package ships, delivery times depend on the carrier, and we can't guarantee an arrival date. Contact us if you need terrain by a certain date (for example, an event) before you order.
- We watch tracking on every order. If a package shows no movement for 10 business days, we'll reach out to you and help with a carrier claim and a replacement or refund.
- If your package arrives damaged, please report it promptly, ideally within 7 days, with photos, and we'll help with a carrier claim and send a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy.
- Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer pays to have it reshipped.
